  1. Combine tomatoes and oil; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Let stand for 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Lightly grease and coat a baking sheet with cornmeal; set aside.
  3. For crust, in a medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, rosemary, flax seeds and salt. Stir in yogurt. When mixture forms a soft dough, transfer to a lightly floured surface. Knead dough for 8 to 10 minutes, adding small amounts of flour at a time if dough is sticky.
  4. Roll dough into a 15-by-10-inch rectangle. Transfer to prepared baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce on crust, leaving a 1-inch border all the way around the edge. Arrange mozzarella slices down the center of the crust. Top with tomatoes and feta. Fold edges of crust over toppings.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  6. *Note: If desired, use 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour in place of the all-purpose flour. When using self-rising flour, omit baking powder and 3/4 teaspoon salt.
